UPS Shipping

The University uses UPS for package shipping as it has proven to be the most reliable and cost effective method.  UPS ground shipments are processed though the World Ship system located at Mail Services in Kennedy Hall.  All UPS packages are assigned a tracking number and can be tracked through the web or by calling UPS, all UPS packages are also insured for a minimum of $100, additional insurance is available in $100 increments for a small additional fee.  UPS rates can be calculated on the UPS website.  A  "UPS Shipping Request form" is required for EVERY package processed through the shipping system in Kennedy Hall, that form is available below or by calling Mail Services at ext. 94492.  UPS packages can be brought to Mail Services in Kennedy Hall for pickup by UPS (UPS picks up daily at 3:00 pm) or left with your outgoing mail to be picked up at your department (please call if the pickup is extremely large or heavy).
