All resident students are assigned mailboxes
either in Kennedy Hall for main and south campus residents or Saint Mary's Hall for west
campus residents. Both locations accept all mail, parcel, and express deliveries for
students. The Kennedy Hall location also sells stamps and envelopes and can weigh
and compute postage for mail and parcels.

All student mail must be addressed to a box number, when
sending mail from on campus the students name and box number are all that are required.
Box numbers lower than 5000 are located in Kennedy Hall, 5000 and up are located in
St. Mary's Hall. When sending large mailings please separate Kennedy boxes
separate from St.
Mary's. Student box numbers are available in Banner.
Both student mailroom locations accept all USPS mail, UPS,
Federal Express, Airborne Express, and other courier deliveries for resident students.
Although private companies such as UPS and Federal Express cannot deliver items
addressed to PO boxes, this refers to boxes owned by the postal service. The student
mailboxes on campus are owned by the University and are not PO boxes. To avoid any
confusion and to ensure the fastest delivery, please use the address formats listed below.
